This Privacy Policy explains what information BigCritCrew Investments ("BigCritCrew," "we," "us") collects through the submission service at sell.bigcritcrew.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you provide — your name and email address — when you submit a card list or create an account.
• Submission content — the card lists you enter or upload (including the original CSV file), the quotes generated, and any notes you add.
• Payout details you give us to pay you (for example, a PayPal or Zelle handle, or bank information for ACH). We collect these only when needed to complete a payment.
• Technical data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Service.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not sell your personal information.

2. How we use it

• To generate quotes, review submissions, and make and fulfill offers.
• To pay you and keep records of transactions as required for our business and tax obligations.
• To communicate with you about your submission (status emails, questions, support).
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service, including preventing fraud and abuse.

3. How card and price data works

Card identity, images, and market pricing shown in the Service come from third-party data sources, including Scryfall (Magic) and pokemontcg.io (Pokémon). Your personal information is not shared with those sources to look up a card.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Payment processors (e.g. PayPal, Zelle, or our bank) to pay you.
• Email delivery to send you transactional messages about your submission.
• Infrastructure and tooling we use to run the Service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell or rent your personal information to advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

• Uploaded CSV files are retained for 30 days for audit and support, then deleted.
• Submission and transaction records are kept as long as needed to run the business and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
• Contact details are kept while your account or relationship with us is active, and afterward only as required.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit who can see your data and to keep it safe.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. To make a request, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR; we honor applicable rights on request.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes take effect when posted with a new effective date.
