What CSV formats do you accept?
Manabox, Moxfield (CSV or .txt deck list), Deckbox, Dragon Shield, Collectr, and the TCGPlayer Seller Portal export. Pick your format when importing — we validate the file so a mismatched export can't garble your quote.
How are buy rates set?
Every card is priced from its own aggregate market data — a 3-day average of TCGplayer's lowest listing, cross-checked against real eBay sold prices on high-value cards — and you get a flat share of that number. The per-card breakdown is visible on your quote before you submit — no surprises.
What happens to cards we don't buy?
You tell us up front: ship back at your cost, donate to our community play stock, or have us process them as bulk. Your call, not ours.
How fast is payment?
Same business day via PayPal, Zelle, or ACH after we receive and verify your cards — cash in hand on the spot if you're local.
Do you buy sealed product?
Yes — booster boxes, ETBs, bundles, prerelease packs, and tins. Sealed pricing is condition-sensitive (sleeved, factory wrap intact) and reviewed in the same flow as singles.
What if my list has a card you don't have data on?
We flag it during the auto-quote, hand-research it during review, and either include a manual price or note that we can't buy it. No card disappears into a black box.
